By accessing and using Alf Mille ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Platform provides identity verification services (KYC). By submitting your identity documents:

• check_circle You authorize us to verify your identity using the documents you provide
• check_circle You understand that verification is subject to review and approval by our team
• check_circle You agree that we may reject your verification if documents are insufficient or invalid
• check_circle You consent to the storage and processing of your identity documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Verified users may create OAuth applications to integrate authentication services. You agree to:

• check_circle Use OAuth services only for legitimate and lawful purposes
• check_circle Comply with all usage limits and restrictions associated with your plan
• check_circle Maintain the security of your Client ID and Client Secret
• check_circle Not share your credentials with unauthorized parties
• check_circle Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your OAuth applications

You may not use the Platform:

• check_circle For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• check_circle To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• check_circle To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• check_circle To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• check_circle To submit false or misleading information
• check_circle To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• check_circle To collect or track the personal information of others
• check_circle To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• check_circle For any obscene or immoral purpose
• check_circle To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Platform

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alf Mille and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Alf Mille, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
